Henri de Lanzac purchased the property in 1994. He had until the run a smaller domain in Tavel. At the place is a partly ruined mansion from the 17th century, known as Chateau de Ségriès. It had been owned by a noble family since the revolution.
Henri himself and his son Laurent his daughter Anne and his son-in-law Fréderic Grasset all work at the domain. The estate covers 13 ha of Tavel and 36 ha of Lirac.
A Cotes du Rhone from 4 ha rented from former Formula One race car driver Jean Alesi is made at the domain.
