The domain was created in 2007 when Elodie inherited her parent's vineyards. In 2009 Raphaël Gonzales joined her at the domain
The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 500-600 metres.

2016: 75% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 5% Syrah.

2015: 75% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 5% Carignan.
Fermented and aged in barriques for 12 months

2017: 90% Syrah, 10% Grenache.
