In 2001 after 25 years of work as a
consulting ingeneer Dominique Thouroude bought
Domaine de Provensol together with his wife. The first years were used
for reconstruction of the mansion and to create 5 chambres des hôtes.
A single cuvee of red wine was also made.
In 2011 a
new cellar was established. Stones from Pont du Gard and only
natural products have been used as material.
The 14 ha of vineyards are certified
agriculture biologique since 2013.
