The mansion was built in 1670 by a lord of Roux and Bragassargues, Jacques Aldebert. The original tower was destructed during the French revolution.
In 1927 the place was bought by the grandfather of the owner today. 
In 2011 Hubert de Morogues took over from his father Patrick. From this year some of the wine has been bottled at the domain instead of selling all the production to a negociant.
Since 2017 the vineyards have been certified agricukture biologique

2012: 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache.

Duché d'Uzès Les Rocals
2012: 65% Syrah and 35% Grenache.

Duché d'Uzès Seigneur de Malletot
2012: 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah. Aged in demi-muids.

Duché d'Uzès Rosé Blance de Castille
2012: 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache.

IGP Cévennes Le Menhir de Roux
2011: 100% Merlot.

IGP Cévennes Croix du Castellas
2011: 100% Syrah.  
Aged for 12 months in one-year-old barriques "sur lie de Roussanne"

IGP Cévennes Rosé Le Menhir de Roux
2012: Cinsault and Grenache. Direct press.

IGP Cévennes Blanc Le Menhir de Roux
2011: 100% Chardonnay

IGP Cévennes Blanche de Castille
2013: 55% Roussanne, 40% Chardonnay and 5% Viognier.
