Bonnet has taken over from his parents Gérard and Marie-Claude Bonnet.
Marie-Claude takes care of visitors and Gérard still does a great job from the
early morning in the vineyards. They have with confidence - a few years
ago - given the responsibility to their son Eric for major decisions in the
vineyards and the cellar. His wife Julie Moro is also working in the
office and in the reception. The
total area of vineyards is about 34 ha. 11 ha Chateauneuf du Pape,
5 ha. Cotes du Rhone Village, 10 ha. Cotes du Rhone and 8 ha. Vin
du Pays.
The domain is one of few which doesn't use wood for ageing. Since
2011 the vineyards are during conversion into agriculture
biologique. |

80% Grenache, 10%
Syrah, 5% Mourvedre and 5% Cinsault.
Aged in tank for about 18 months.

Secrets de Pignan
95% Grenache (planted in 1920 at lieu-dit Pignan) and 5% Mourvedre.
Aged in tank for about 20 months.

Equal shares of Clairette Rose, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc.

50% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 15%
