Brother and sister Christine and Daniel Chaussy (6. generation of wine growers in the area) run the property covering 28 ha. 10 ha of AOP Chateauneuf du Pape are divided in 15 parcels at Cabrières, Boislauzon, La Gardiole, Palestor and Pignan. The 18 ha of Cotes du Rhone Village are situated at Codoulet. The two oak trees at the labels grow at the border between the two appellations.
The vineyards are certified agriculture biologique since 2012


Chateauneuf du Pape
2015: 70% Grenache and 30% Mourvedre.
Aged partly in cement tank and partly in barriques.

Chateauneuf du Pape Tintot
2015: 85% Mourvedre (70 years-old) and 15% Grenache. 
Aged for 16 months in barriques.
From a parcel with Mourvedre planted by the grandfather of
Christine and Daniel. At that time Mourvedre was called Tintot

Chateauneuf du Pape Quet
2015: 75% Grenache and 25 Mourvedre. 
Aged for 16 months in tank or barriques. 

Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc
2016: 70% Roussanne and 30% Grenache Blanc.
Aged in cement tank or new barriques.

Cotes du Rhone Village
2015: 50% Grenache,  20% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre and 5% Carignan

VDF Chaussynette
2016: 50% Grenache and 50% Syrah.
