Jean Versino's forefathers came from Italy. In 1955 he started wine production in Chateauneuf du Pape. 
Today his son Jean-Paul Versino runs the domain. 
Wines are made from 16 ha of Chateauneuf du Pape of which 6 ha are leased. 
27 separate parcels are spread around in the appellation.
The vineyards have since 2014 been certified agriculture biologique.

Wines 

Chateauneuf du Pape 
2019: 65% Grenache, 15% Mourvedre, 15% Syrah and 5% other varieties. 
The age of the vines is 40-80 years. Aged in foudres or other barrels of different size for 18-20 months (Vinadea: 27€)

Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvée des Félix  
2019: 65% Grenache, 15% Mourvedre, 5% Syrah and 5% other varieties. Around 100 years-old vines. Aged in demi-muids for about 22 months. (Vinadea: 44€)

Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc
2019: 20% Clairette, 15% Clairette Rose 35% Grenache Blanc, 15% Roussanne and 15% Bourboulenc.
Made from less than 1 ha.
