Notre Dame is the French name of "Our Mother"/Virgin Mary". The name comes from a place here, where people trying to avoid the plaigue in the Middle Age could find rest.
Pallières is the name of a lieu-dit near the small river Trignon - the border between Sablet and Gigondas.
The domain covers 15 ha of Gigondas, 16 ha of Sablet, 13 ha of Rasteau, 13 ha of Lirac and 3 ha of Seguret.
