The former owner Jean-Louis Chancel bought the domain covering 500 ha in 1977. The vineyards were then in a bad condition. A reconstruction of the vineyards has resulted in 186 ha. in production today. Cellars were built in the early 80-ties.

In 1978 Madame Chancel created a very special garden by the domain. It' mentioned as a Jardin Remarquable. The garden is open for visitors - small entré.

In 2011 the domaine was sold to a buziness man Leonard Roozen. His two sons Jan and Daniel Roozen are co-repsponsible partnes.
