Serge Seignon has run the domain since 1999, when he took over from his father.
He started at once the conversion into agriculture biologique and has been certified since 2002.

One half of the 20 ha. of vineyards are planted with Syrah.
Then 5 ha. Grenache, 3 ha. Carignan and 2 ha. with white varieties.
White and rosé are made in steel tanks but the reds are made in cement tanks.

Luberon Petitou
2012: Equal shares of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan

Luberon Les Fontêtes
2010: 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache.
Maceration for 20 days. Crop: 20 hl./ha.

Luberon L'Ouvière 
2011: 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 20% Carignan. 
Maceration for 30 days. Crop: 30 hl./ha.

Luberon Cuvée des Consuls
2009: 70% Grenache, 20% Carignan and 10% Syrah.
Maceration for 30 days. Crop: 20 hl./ha.

Luberon Le Jardin d' Eydins
2007: 100% Grenache. 60-70 år gamle stokke. 15 hl/ha. 
Fermented and aged in demi-muids.

Luberon Rosé L'Ouvière 
2012: 70% Grenache, 20% Carignan and 10% Syrah.

Luberon Blanc L'Ouvière 
2012: 50% Vermentino, 25% Roussanne and 25% Grenache Blanc. 20 hl./ha.

Luberon Blanc Cuvée des Consuls
2012: 50% Vermentino, 25% Roussanne and 25% Grenache Blanc. 20 hl./ha.

VDF K à Part
2009: 100% Carignan. Aged in barriques for 12 months.

VDF Inspiration 
2012: 100% Viognier
