Paul and Marie-Elisabeth Joyet founded the domain in the middle of the 1970s.
In 1978
they built the cellars and began to bottle the wine in the domain.
Their daughter
Françoise was for years responsible for the winemaking, but she and her husband moved to the United States. Then a younger couple Celine and Stephane Fabre have been employed. When Paul Joyet takes care of the vinyards Stephane Fabre is responsible for the work in the cellars and his wife Celine is helping Marie-Elisabeth to take care of visitors. Marie-Elisabeth
is very interested in patchwork, and you will se her works in the tasting room when you visit the domain.

The domain covers 17 ha in Rasteau. Part of the production was previously downgraded to Cotes du Rhone, mostly because the mixture of grapes in the vineyards did not meet the rules of Rasteau.
