The father of Paul Vendran (Albert Vendran - mayor of Flassan for 36 years) delivered all the grapes to the co-operative, but coming home to the domain in 1990 after finishing a degree in viticulture and oenology, Paul took over the domain and began making and bottling his wines himself - as one of the very first wine growers in the Ventoux area.
The domain covers 25 ha since 2013 certified agriculture biologique.

2015: 75% Syrah and 25% Grenache.

Ventoux Cuvée Veronique
2015: 100% Syrah.

Ventoux Granacha
2017: 80% Grenache and 20% Carignan.

Ventoux Roi Fainéant
2014: 60% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 10% Carignan. 1/2 of Syrah is aged in barriques.

Ventoux Rosé Cuvée Juliette
2018: 2/3 Grenache and 1/3 Carignan

Ventoux Blanc
2018: Grenache Blanc, Viognier and Clairette

VDP Blanc
2018: 100% Viognier.

VDT Pipi d'Ange
50% Sauvignon, 25% Muscat and 25% Viognier.
Alcoholpercent 8,5. The fermentation is stopped by filtration.
