The domain is certified agriculture biologique and biodynamique. It covers 11,5 ha og vineyards situated at a lieu-dit called Plan de l' Abba.

2009: 60% Carignan, 20% Grenache and 20% Syrah. 

Ventoux Cuvée Passion de l’Abba
2008: 90% Carignan and 10% Grenache Aged for 12 months in barriques.

Ventoux Cuvée Fût de Chêne
2009: 70% Syrah, 15% Grenache og 15% Carignan. Aged for 12 months in barriques.

Ventoux Rosé Cuvée Mathieu
Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault.

Ventoux Blanc Cuvée des Amandiers
2011: Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Viognier

Ventoux Blanc L'Or de l'Auvières
2007: Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Viognier. Fermented and aged in barriques.
