After 30 years in the textile and fashion industry Marie Pirsch and Philippe Danel changed their way of life and bought a small property in Mormoiron in 2001 and called it Domaine du Tix.
At the time of the purchase 5 ha were planted with table grapes. The vines were inoculated with other grape varieties and in 2006 further three ha of vines were purchased.
In 2007-2008 a new and modern cellar was created and since 2008 the annual production has been around 35.000 bottles.
2016, the couple sold the domain to André Tremblay. A nephew of the former owners Vincent Pineau continued to work with the new owner with responsibility for the vineyards and the cellar.

Ventoux Garrigue
2016: 90% Syarh, 10% Syrah. 

Ventoux Cuvée de Bramefan
2015: 96% Syrah, 8% Grenache Aged for 6 months in barriques.

Ventoux Dona Maria
2015: 91% Grenache, 9% Syrah. A part is aged in barriques for 10 months

Ventoux Rosé Les Restanques
2017: 60% Cinsault, 30% Grenache, 10% Syrah. Press direct.

IGP Vaucluse Blanc Cuvée des Grandes Pointes
2016: 100% Viognier. A part is aged in barriques.
