In 2005 - at that time 24 years old - François Chiniard established the small domain covering 3,12 ha of Beaumes de Venise and 1,87 ha of Ventoux.
Own cellars were established ready for the harvest in 2013.
Since 2011 the vineyards have been certified agriculture biologique.

Wine

Beaumes de Venise Le Coulet
50% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 10% Counoise.

Beaumes de Venise La Balme
70% Grenache and 30% Syrah. Syrah is aged in barriques.

Ventoux La Côte de Suze
50% Grenache and 50% Syrah.

Ventoux Blanc l'Estival
