In 2009 Caroline and Jean Marie Billig took over the property of 19 ha of vineyards.
The first bottling at the domain was Vinsobres 2010. 
A big part of the production (650 hl) is so far sold en vrac to negociant.
Since 2013 the vineyards are certified agriculture biologique.
