  Domain Caveau 

The domain was established in the 1960ties and was purchased by Bernard Callet in 1996.It covers 30 ha. Lirac and Cotes du Rhone.
In 2005 was bought another domain in Castillon du Gard, Domaine d'Estel, covering 4 ha. of IGP. 
The cellar in Saint Laurent des Arbres has been modernized in recent years.
When the wines have been bottled they are moved to the domain in Castillon du Gard and you have to go there to taste and to buy them, unless you get an appointment at the domain. Here is a nice tasting room but no stock

Wines

Lirac
70% Grenache, 25% Syrah aand 5% Mourvèdre. 

Lirac Cuvée Hommage
70% Grenache and 30% Syrah the domain's oldest parcels.
Syrah is aged for 6 months in barriques. 

Lirac Cuvée G
Mainly Grenache.

Lirac Cuvée S
Secret - Sélection - Sublim - Syrah 

Cotes du Rhone Alea Jacta Est
50% Grenache, 50% Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault. 

IGP Gard Domaine de l'Estel
Grenache and Syrah.

IGP Gard Rosé Domaine de l'Estel
100% Grenache.

IGP Gard Blanc Domaine de l'Estel
100% Viognier.
