The domain is situated at a place where soldiers (carabiniers) and their horses were stationed in ancient times. In 1920 cellar was created by ancestors of Christian Leperchois - in the old stables. The long gone history is the background for the domain's name.
Christian's son and daughter Fabian and Magali works together with there father at the domain.
The vineyards cover 50 ha containing 4 ha of Tavel, 17,5 ha of Lirac, 23,5 ha of Cotes du Rhone and 5 ha of IGP.
Since 1997 the vineyards have been certified agriculture biologique and since 2009 as agriculture biodynamique.

2017: 50% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 15% Syrah og 15% Clairette.

2017: 50% Grenache, 25% Mourvèdre og 25% Syrah.

2017: 50% Clairette, 25% Roussanne, 25% Clairette.

Cotes du Rhone
2016: 50% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 10% Cinsault, 15% Mourvedre.
