The estate of Manissy, built in the middle of the 18th century, belongs to the Congregation of Missionary Fathers of the Holy Family. They planted the first vines in 1916.

Furthermore the fathers became older and only a few were left at the place. Therefore they decided to stop the winemaking and from 2004 a young winemaker, Florian Andre rented the vineyard and the cellar from the fathers for 25 years and modernized celler. He has also rented vineyards in Lirac.
Today he is making wines from 60 ha from Tavel, Lirac, Cotes du Rhone. Since 2011  also one ha of Chateauneuf du Pape.
Since 2009 the vineyards have been certified agriculture biologique and since 2017 biodynamique
