The property was bought by Jean-Pierre and Dominique Dubois in 1994. The vineyards covers 20 ha in three communes Rochefort-du-Gard, Saint Laurent des Arbres and Saze.
When the son Romain Dubois finished his agriculturel and oenological education in 2001 the production of wines were started at the domain with the name Domaine la Lôyane.

2017: 60% Grenache, 40% Syrah. 40-60 years-old vines. 50% Fermented in demi-muids. 
100% aged in demi-muids for 12 months

Lirac Cuvée Marie
2017: 80% Grenache (140 years), 6% Syrah,10% Carignan, 4% Grenache Gris, Clairette, Clairette Rose. Aged in demi-muids for 12 months

Lirac Blanc Cuvée Diane
2019: 70% Clairette, 30% Grenache Blanc. 80-years.
Fermented and aged in demi-muids for 6 month.

Tavel Rosé
2019: 50% Grenache, 30% Clairette Rose, 20% Cinsault.

Cotes du Rhone Village
2018: 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Mourvedre. 
Grenache matured in ltank, Syrah and Mourvedre in barriques.

Cotes du Rhone Cuvée Bonheur
2018: 50% Grenache, 50% Syrah.

Cotes du Rhone Cuvée Alpha
2015: 90% Mourvedre, 10% Counoise. Fermented and aged in demi-muids
