In
1991 Eric Chauvin took over from his father. He is the 5th generation at the
property. Wines have been bottled at the place since 1980.
The domain covers 19 ha, of which 11 ha are Cotes du
Rhone Village Sablet and 6 ha are Cotes du Rhone Village Seguret and the
rest is IGP. A part of the vineyards are rented. Around 70% is sold in
tank to negociant.
Since 2011 the vineyards from Sablet/Seguret are certified agriculture
biologique.

Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet Réserve
2012: 65% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre and 15% Syrah.
Aged in barriques for 9 months.
Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet Blanc Caractère
2013: 45% Marsanne, 45% Clairette and 10% Viognier
Cotes du Rhone Village Seguret Classique
2012: 65% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre.
Cotes du Rhone Village Seguret Marquise
2012: 65% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre.
Aged in barriques for 9 months.
Cotes du Rhone Village Seguret Rosé Harmony
2013: 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah and 10% Cinsault.
IGP Orange
2013: 100% Merlot.
