In 1974 the property was bought by Alain Galletys' father.
In 1978 the domain name was born and the first vintage was bottled at the estate. From the very beginning the 15 ha of vineyards was cultivated organicly and was certified agriculture biologique. Some principles from biodynamic farming are used.
Alain Gallety took over from his father when he was 18 years old and today he works together with his son David-Alexandre Gallety.
The domain is without competition the best producer of the modest appellation and one of the very best producers to the west of the Rhone river (Gard/Ardéche).

Domaine Gallety Haute Vigne
2014: 50% Syrah, 50% Grenache.

Cotes de Vivarais
2014: 50% Syrah, 50% Grenache. Aged in older barriques for 12-14 months.

Cotes du Vivarais Cuvée Emma
2014: 60% Grenache, 40% Syrah. Aged in older barriques for 18-24 months.

Cotes de Vivarais Syrare
100% Syrah. 15 hl/ha. Aged in new barriques for 2 years.

Cotes de Vivarais La Ligure
2012: 90-100% Grenache. 80-years-old vines. yield about 8 hl/ha. Production about 450 bottles. Aged 36-40 months.

Cotes de Vivarais Blanc
2015: 50% Grenache Blanc, 30% Marsanne, 20% Roussanne.
