Since 1995 Nicolas Croze is 4th generation on the property since the foundation of the family property in 1919.
In 1919, his great-grandfather Henri Croze took over fields from his mother and his uncle. His work place was where the domain's sales room exist today in the center of the small town of Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche. The crops were "des fruits, de la vigne et des mûriers".
This corresponds to the description of many properties at that time.
In the period 1930-1966, vines gradually became main crop, while the grandfather resided over the property and after 1937, where the the appellation Cotes du Rhone was established vines became the main crop.
Nicolas' Father Maurice therefore needed more space and he built a new celler (located higher up in the city) today used for Nicolas Croze's production from 30 ha of vineyards, located in the municipalities of Saint Martin, Aiguèze, Saint Just, Saint Marcel and Pont St. Esprit.

2016: 100% Carignan. Aged in barriques for 16 months.

2016: 100% Syrah. Lagres 18 mdr. i barriques

2017: 60% Cinsault, 20% Grenache and 20% Syrah

2017: Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier

2017: 60% Marsanne og 40% Viognier. Aged in barriques.
