Cellars were established at the domain when Thierry Vaute, the son of the owner, had ended his oenologic education and came home to take over - 23 years old - in 1996.
A building from the sixteenth century houses the winery.
The domain covers 26 ha of vineyards of which 18 ha. are situated in Beamues de Venise mostly planted with muscat grapes, 0,47 ha in Seguret, 5,64 ha in Ventoux and 2 ha in Vacqueyras.

Vacqueyras
2016: Grenache, Syrah,  Mourvedre. 
Aged for 9 months in barriques

Vacqueyras Blanc
2018: Grenache Blanc, Clairette. 
Fermented and aged in barriques for 8 months.

Beaumes de Venise Hurlevent
2017: 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah.

Muscat de Beaumes de Venise
2019: Muscat Blanc à petit grains.

CDRV Seguret Chantepierre 
2019: 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Mourvedre.

Ventoux Les Sables
2017: Grenache, Carignan, Syrah.

Ventoux Cuvée Trois Cœurs
2015: 50 % Grenache, 25 % Syrah, 25% Mourvèdre.
Syrah and Mourvedre aged in barriques for 15 months.

Ventoux Rosé
2019: Grenache, Syrah.

IGP Petit Grains du Sud
2018: Muscat Blanc à petit grains.10g res. sugar
