The domain was founded by a great grand father of the owners today. A small amount of wine were bottled and won a silver medal in 1902 at an exposition in Carpentras. Later generations increased the holdings of vineyards and the production of wine.

Since 1989  the domain is run by the two brothers Patrick and Vincent Soard.
The domain covers a total of 22,5 ha., 7,76 ha. Muscat de Beaumes de Venise in  Beaumes de Venise, 7,4 ha. Beaumes de Venise in La Roque Alric and Suzette, 0,66  ha. Cotes du Rhone in Lafare and La Rocque Alric and 6,7 ha. Ventoux in Saint Hippolyte, La Pinière and Barroux)
The vineyards are certified agriculture biologique since 2012.

2014: 100% Muscat à petits grains. 

Muscat de Beaumes de Venise Rosé
2014: 80% Muscat à petits grains blanc and 20% rouge.

Muscat de Beaumes de Venise Séléction Ancestrale
2012: 90% Muscat à petits grains blanc and 10% rouge. 15% aged in barriques sur lie.

Beaumes de Venise Terres Blanches
2014: 60% Grenache, 25% Syrah and 15% Mourvedre. 

Beaumes de Venise Cuvée Yvon Soard
2013: 50% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 10% Mourvedre. 

Beaumes de Venise Cuvée des Générations
2012: 50% Syrah, 40% Grenache and 10% Mourvedre. 
Aged in barriques for 12 months. The name refers to the fact that Mourvedre was planted by the grandfather 75 years ago and Grenache by the father 50 years ago. 

Cotes du Rhone
2014: 65% Syrah and 35% Grenache.

Ventoux Cuvée Oversant
2014: 65% Grenache, 27% Syrah and 8% Carignan.

Ventoux Rosé Cuvée Oversant
2014: 50% Cinsault, 40% Grenache and 10% Syrah. 

Ventoux Blanc Cuvée Hippolyte
2011: 90% Roussanne and 10% Clairette. 

IGP Vaucluse Doré de Fenouillet
2014: 100% Muscat à petits grains. Sec.
