In 2008 Denis Monnier bought the vineyards from the former Domaine Hervé
Rabasse, who sold most of the production to a negociant.
For many years Monnier has through his firm VITISUVI
helped other wine growers by managing their vineyards and making
their wines.
A new cellar have been built at the vineyards.
Caroline and Denis love horses and have two solid draught horses
for use in the vineyards.
The domain covers 30 ha. of vineyards of which 22 ha are in AOC Cairanne
and 2 ha. Plan de Dieu. The rest is
Cotes du Rhone.
Since 2014 the vineyards have been certified agriculture
biologique.

Cairanne Cuvée Désir
2017: 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah og 10%
Mourvedre.
Cairanne Cuvée Elégance
2017: 60% Grenache og 40% Syrah.
Cairanne Blanc Charme
2018: Mainly Grenache Blanc and some Bourboulenc. 40% vinified in
barriques.
Cotes du Rhone Village Passion
2017: 60% Grenache og 40% Syrah.
