In 1996 Patrice Jubain took over a part his father's domain.
He decided to leave the cooperative and make and bottle the wines at the estate. His first vintage was 2004.
In 2007 he got all the vineyards and he own then 42 ha.of which 34 ha is
Cairanne and 8 ha are Cotes du Rhone situated in St-Cécile-les-Vignes.
The vinification is traditionel. No de-stalking, a long
macerations period. Vinification and maturing in cement tanks.
