The property has existed since 18^th century, when it was owned by the well known Gaspary family. 
Some years in the past the place was a hotel with 11 rooms.
The owner until 2009 was Johannès Pierrefeu. The vineyards was in a state of disrepair when it was purchased by Pascal and Lydie Franczac.
The first vintage made by the new owner was 2010.  
The new owner is doing some replantings (in 2012) and when this phase is ended he will build new cellars and maybe some time in the future a rebirth of the hotel might emerge.
The domain covers 27 ha of which 18,5 ha is Cairanne and 6 ha Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu (in production from 2015). The rest is Cotes du Rhone.
Franczak plans to ask for conversion into agriculture biologique in 2012.

Cairanne
2014: 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Carignan.

Cairanne Blanc
2014: 60% Clairette, 30% Viognier and 10% Bourboulenc

Cotes du Rhone
2014: 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Cinsault.

Cotes du Rhone Rosé
2014: 100% Carignan
