Philippe Plantevin worked in the family's vineyards from where the production was sold to the cooperative until he in  1993 purchased cellars and and vineyards and started to produce wine. The first vintage was 2001. A part of the production is sold to negociant.

The property includes a total of 34 ha. The drained portion is stated to be from 4 ha Cairanne, 6 ha Cotes du Rhone Village Visan. 8 ha Cotes du Rhone Village Sainte-Cécile, 7 ha Cotes du Rhone, 1 ha. IGP.
It is said on facebook that in 2019 they will also produce Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu,
Since 2014 the vineyards have been certified agriculture biologique.

2017: 70% Grenache, 40% Syrah. 1/3 aged in barriques for 12 months

Cotes du Rhone Village Visan l'Aglaine
2016: 52% Grenache, 26% Syrah, 20% Carignan, 2% Mourvedre.

Cotes du Rhone Village Sainte Cécile
2018: 40% Grenache, 60% Syrah. Aged in barriques for 12 months

Cotes du Rhone Cuvée le Pérussier
2019: 60% Grenache, 40% Syrah. 

Cotes du Rhone Rosé le Pérussier
2019: 90% Mourvedre, 10% Grenache. 

Cotes du Rhone Blanc le Pérussier
2019: 50% Viognier, 30% Marsanne, 20% Grenache Blanc.
