Eric Bonnet has taken over from his parents Gérard and Marie-Claude Bonnet. His sister Veronique Bonnet is in front in the office.
The total area of vineyards is about 46 ha. 11 ha Chateauneuf du Pape, 12 ha Cairanne, 5 ha Cotes du Rhone Village, 10 ha Cotes du Rhone and 8 ha IGP.
Since 2014 the vineyards have been certified agriculture biologique.
Foudres have never been used for ageing. The number of barrels is limited as they are only used mainly for Syrah and Mourvedre in a few cuvées.
The vines for Chateauneuf du Pape are situated at Pignan, Les Bédines, Valori, Saint Georges, Chapouin, and Guigasse.

Chateauneuf du Pape
2018: 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 7% Mourvedre, 3% Cinsault. Matured for 6 month in inox and then in concrete for 12 months.

Chateauneuf du Pape Secrets de Pignan 
2018: 95% Grenache. 1,25 ha planted in 1920 at lieu-dit Pignan. Matured in concrete for 12 months

Chateauneuf du Pape Les Hespérides
2018: 50% Grenache, 50% Mourvedre. 0,9 ha. på lieu-dit Le Bédines Mourvedre aged in demi-muids for 18 months

Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc
2019: Equal shares of Clairette Rose, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc.

Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc Chapelle
2019: 100% Clairette Rose. 
50% aged 6 months in barrels. 

Cairanne Les 2 Arbres
2018: Equal shares of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Carignan. Carignan aged in barrels for 12 months

Cotes du Rhone Village
2019: 50% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre, 15% Carignan.

Cotes du Rhone
2019: 60% Grenache, 40% Syrah.

Cotes du Rhone Cuvée Jules Rochebonne
2019: 80% Syrah, 20% Grenache. 
Syrah aged in barrels for 15 months

Cotes du Rhone Blanc
2019: 50% Viognier, 25% Grenache Blanc, 25% Clairette.
