Some of the vineyards belonging to the domain today have belonged to the family for 5 generations. In 1880 the first family member to plant vines was a woman Marie Argoud who planted vines at lieu-dit Les Berdines later becoming a vineyard of Chateauneuf du Pape. Today another woman Nathalie Reynaud has become the first to bottle wines from this very parcel at Les Berdines. According to the local tales Les Berdines got its name from an abbey who loved food and wines - from this story comes the name l'Abbe Dîne.
Until 2011 the parents of Nathalie delivered the grapes to Cellier des Princess. When a cellar in Courthezon was for sale it was an obvios choise to buy this cellar and let Nathalie make wines from the vineyards covering 18 ha of which 4 ha are Chateauneuf du Pape
.
