This family property was founded by Félix Vidal in 1920. Frédéric Boutin the owner since 1997 is 4 generation on the property with 11 hectares of Chateauneuf du Pape diverted in 8 different parcels at La Crau, Le Boucou, Coste Froid and Roumiguiere. Furthermore 4 ha of Cotes du Rhone and 2 ha of  VDF in Courthezon.
The vines have an average age of 70 years and all 13 varieties are represented.
February 2021: "Une nouvelle cave de vinification est en cours. Retardé par le covid, elle sera effectif pour la récolte 2021."

Wines:

Chateauneuf du Pape Tradition
2018: 70% Grenache, 10% Cinsault, 10% Mourvedre, 10% Syrah. Aged in wooden tank (50%), barrels (30%) concrete (20%) for 12 months

Chateauneuf du Pape Grande Reserve
2018: 78% Grenache (100-years-old), 16% Mourvedre, 5% Syrah. (also on the label (Vieille Vignes La Crau) 
Aged for 12-months in wooden tank (80%) or in barrels.

Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc
2019: 20% Clairette, 35% Grenache Blanc, 10% Bourboulenc, 35% Roussanne  20% fermented and aged in barrels.

Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc Grande Reserve
2018: 100% Roussanne. 
Fermented and aged in barrels for 12 months.

Cotes du Rhone Le Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Boutin
2018: 65% Grenache, 25% Mourvedre, 10% Marcelan. Mourvedre aged in barrels for 12 months. Vines at Les Bois Lauzon (Orange) and Les Moures in Courthezon.

VDF Le Petit Boutin
100% Grenache. Aged for 12 months in barrels.

VDF Rosé Plaisir d'un jour
2019: 50% Grenache, 50% Mourvedre..

The caveau at Rue Commandant Lemaitre. Only open in the tourist season. In fact in the good old days it was a "living" wine cellar, as you find them around in the village
