Domaine de Saint Paul covers 14,5 ha of Chateauneuf du Pape.
The to different domains became united when Christine Establet married
Pierre Elie Jeune in the 1960ties with vineyards from the two families. The
couple are still in vigeur:

and 40% Syrah. Fermentation in 50 hl. wooden tanks. Grenache
aged in foudres or demi-muids (70%) and Syrah in barriques.

100% Syrah. Aged in 2 barriques for 12 months
Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc
60% Grenache Blanc and 40% Roussanne.
45% vinefied in barriques and aged here for 5 months.
Cotes du Rhone Rosé
100% Grenache.
