Domaine du Grand Tinel covers 56 ha of Chateauneuf du Pape and 18 ha of Cotes du Rhone.
Domaine de Saint Paul covers 14,5 ha of Chateauneuf du Pape.
The to different domains became united when Christine Establet married Pierre Elie Jeune in the 1960ties with vineyards from the two families. The couple are still in vigeur:

2018: 80% Grenache, 20% Syrah. Syrah aged in foudres.
Grenache in foudres or barrels - if rich in tanins

2017: 100% Grenache. More than 100 years old.

2017: 100% Grenache. In stealtank.



Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc
2019: 70% Grenache Blanc, 10% Roussanne, 10% Clairette, 10% Bourboulenc. Roussanne and 10% of Grenache are vinified and aged in new barriques

70% Grenache and 30% Syrah
Fermentation in steel tank except 10% fermented and aged in wooden tank.
The rest aged in steel tank, foudres, demi-muids or older barriques.

Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvée Jumille
60% Grenache (60-70-years-old vines - 1 ha. at lieu-dit Pied Redon) and 40% Syrah. Fermentation in 50 hl. wooden tanks. Grenache aged in foudres or demi-muids (70%) and Syrah in barriques.

Chateauneuf du Pape l'Insolite
100% Syrah. Aged in 2 barriques for 12 months

Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc
60% Grenache Blanc and 40% Roussanne.
45% vinefied in barriques and aged here for 5 months.

Cotes du Rhone Rosé
100% Grenache.
