Domaine des Relagnes existed until 2006 owned by Henri Boiron. The domain covered 16 ha of Chateauneuf du Pape.
Henri Boiron's son-in-law Olivier Hillaire worked at the domain and with
assistance of the oenolog Phillippe Gambie the wines got a high
reputation.
In 2006 Henri Boiron decided to sell the property.
Olivier Hillaire bought 3 ha of Chateauneuf du Pape (Without any daubt he knew which 3 ha
were the very best) and 5 ha of Cotes du Rhone.
His wines are made in a rented space in Sorgues - also used by several other
producers.
His son Baptiste take care of the vineyards and the wines as Olivier is busy
running a small restarant La Part des Anges and a bakery in the very
centre of Chateauneuf du Pape

100% Grenache from a 1,8 ha parcel with sandy soil in La Crau.
The vines were planted in 1899. Aged in tank (a small part) and in demi-muids or barriques.
