The domain was founded the grandfather of the owners today Marcel Michel, who did the first bottling at his domain in 1966. 
In 1979 Marie José and Lucien Michel made the wines well known. In 2008 Clare got the responsabilty for the winemaking. She is married to another winegrower Adrien Fabre Domaine la Florane in Visan. 
In 2013 Claire's brother François joined her at the domain, and the two of them became officially responsible for the property.
The domain covers 15 ha of Chateauneuf du Pape, one of them with white varieties.
The vinification process is in the best sence of the word traditional. Only one cuvée of red and of white Chateauneuf du Pape is made. As the vines are 100 years old only partly de-stemming.

Chateauneuf du Pape
2018:75% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre and 5% Cinsault.. Aged for about 18 months in foudres.

Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc
2019: 50% Clairette, 50% Grenache Blanc.
