The domain was founded by Gerard Bouyer in 1984 and he run the domain until 2009 when his daugther and son-in-law Jérôme Grieco took over.
The property is blessed with quite old vines, 5 ha of Chateauneuf du Pape situated at the lieux-dits Cabrieres and Maucoil and 17 ha of Cotes du Rhone situated in quartier Le Grès in souhtern Orange. 
The grapes are de-stemmed only if necessary and fermentation and ageing are done in cement tanks.
