The domain was established by Frédéric
David in 1991. David´s son Frédéric helps at the domain covering 46 ha. of vineyards and 7 ha. with olive trees.
In April 2011 David bought 1,03 ha. in Chateauneuf du Pape situated at
lieu-dit Combes Masques.
The vineyards are certified agriculture biologique since 2012.

85% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre and 5% Syrah. Aged in demi-muids.
Cotes du Rhone Village Prieuré La Clastre
2010: 81% Syrah, 9% Grenache, 5% Mourvedre and 5% Carignan.
Aged for 12 months in demi-muids.
Cotes du Rhone Village Le Voyage d'Ulysse
2009: 40% Syrah, 30% Mourvedre and 30% Carignan
Aged for 16 months in barriques.

2011: 60% Syrah and 40% Grenache. Aged in barriques.
