For us, wine has long been a passion, a pleasure ... Wine, visits to the vineyard, meetings with winemakers, all of this has gradually crept into our minds. And in our thinking ...
Is our place in town? Behind a desk?
Just asking the question gave us the answer! In 2016 it is decided, we drop everything, sell everything we have and leave the capital to take over a very small domain of barely 7 hectares in the foothills of the Cévennes.
Although having worked in institutes of studies, my first training is a university literary training where I could specialize on Flaubert and the cinematographic adaptations of these works. The literary world is not far from the world of wine. Wine is in essence a cultural object and not only in the first sense of the term. Are we not talking about author wines?
Cécile has always been immersed in this cultural world. From the print media and the bookstore, she then turned to cinema as a script and production assistant. She thus participated in the filming of several short and feature films both on the technical and artistic side and on the logistics side."
