In 1925 the grandfather of the owner today bought the property. In 1945 their father created the domain named Domaine Saint Fermin and built the first cellar.
In 1997 the brothers Robert and Didier built new cellars and two years later, they started to bottle the wine instead af selling it all to a negociant. 
The vineyards are covering 44 ha.
