The owners of the two domains Domaine la Rose Villaret and Le Mas Clement have made an unsusual agreement as they have made a fusion. They share the two domains including the vineyards and they share the fascilities for making and selling the wines. Well, they both contribute with 15 ha. of vineyards all of them agriculture biologique and they make different wines. From the vineyards of Rose Vallaret Duché d'Uzès are made and from Mas Clément the wines are single variety-IGP-wines.

The domain's vineyards are situated in 6 different communes all included in AOP Duché d'Uzès, Brignon, Castelnauvalence, Cruviers Lascours, Lédignan, Maruéjols les Gardons and Saint Bénézet.
Since 2012 they have been certified agriculture biologique.
