The Souchon family has for a century owned vinyards in Aigremont, today a commune from where AOP Duhcé d'Uzès or IGP Cévennes are made.
The new owner Nicolas Souchon has got an oenological education and has been assisting in the cellar at Clos Saint Jean in Chateauneuf du Pape. From here he of course knows Phillippe Cambie. In 2010 Nicolas Souchon and Philippe Cambie decided to cooperate in making a red wine and a white wine from these vineyards in Aigremont.
Nicolas Souchon works no longer at Clos Saint Jean as he in 2013 has taken over the 11 ha of the family vineyards.

Duché d'Uzès Esus
2017: 45% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 15% Carignan and 10% Cinsault.

Duché d'Uzès Volcae
2017: 40% Syrah, 35% Grenache and 25% Carignan.
Syrah and Carignan aged in barriques for 6 months.

Duché d'Uzès Rosé Urnia
2015: 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 20% Cinsault.

Duché d'Uzès Blanc Alba Dolia
50% Viognier, 30% Grenache Blanc, 15% Roussanne, 5% Clairette.
Fermented and then aged in barriques for 6 months.

IGP Chevennes Blanc Les Portes de Dieu
2015: 100% Chardonnay. 25% aged in barriques.
