Pascal Chastan and his sister and Valerie Leoty is the 5^th generation at the property 
purchased by their great great grandfather i 1889. This forefather by the surname Chastan had 5 children, and after his dead the property was divided into 5 shares.
Therefore you will today see some domains run by a Chastan.
The property covers 17 ha of Chateauneuf du Pape and 15 ha of Cotes du Rhone situated in Sérignan du Comtat.
Since 2012 the vineyards have been certified agriculture biologique.
When Pacal is responsible for the vineyards Valerie Leoty is responsible for the cellar and looks forward to use new cement tanks for fermentation of Chateauneuf du Pape 2015.
