The property
has belonged to the
Jaume family since
1826. There have been
people living on the
spot further back in
history. There still
exist a small basement
with very thick walls
and a spiral staircase
which is centuries
old. In 1987 Patrick
Jaume took over the
property from his father. In
1995 he built a
new underground vinefication
cellar and a storage to keep finished
wines. The old
cellars have since been
used to store wines.
The ageing is done
mainly in foudres. The
daughter Elodie Jaume
is after completion
her wine education returned
to the domain to assist
the father.
The estate comprises a
total of 46 ha
of which 20 hectares are
Chateauneuf du Pape and

white varieties, when
the remaining 18 hectares
