Christine Estoulle is a daughter of Jacques Mestre, who until 1998 ran the domain Cuvée des Sommeliers, and then decided to retire andand let his children exploite the vineyards. His son Christophe got the right to the domain name and the cellars at Route de Bedarrides, when Christine established a new domain name for her wines from 6 ha. The wines are made in a cellar at Avenue Saint Joseph.

70% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Cinsault and 10% Mourvèdre.
Aged for 18 months in old barriques or foudres.
