The domain was founded in 1982 by Serge Chastan.
The name comes from the Provençal name for the water rolled stones. The domain
covers 7,5 ha of Chateauneuf du
Pape 10,5 ha of Cotes du Rhone Village
and Cotes du Rhone.
The vineyards are certified agriculture
biologique since 2010.
After finishing his
oenological studies the son Julien returned to the domain and has
got the responsability for making the wines. His sister Sandrine
also works at the domain.

Chateauneuf du Pape
53% Grenache, 21% Mourvedre, 9% Syrah, 8% Vaccarese, 5% Cinsault and 4% Counoise,
Terret Noir, Muscardin
Chateauneuf du Pape XIII
Mainly the same blend bou contains all 13 varieties.
Aged in demi-muids or older barriques.
Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc
30% Clairette, 30% Grenache Blanc, 30% Bourboulenc and 10% Roussanne. Mixed in
the vineyard of 0,5 ha.
Cotes du Rhone
2016: 49% Grenache, 22% syrah, 15% Mourvedre, 7% Cinsault and 7% Marcelan.
Cotes du Rhone Rosé
2016: Grenache with mino shares of Syrah/Cinsault. Saignée
Cotes du Rhone Blanc
2016: 55% Clairette, 18% Grenache Blanc, 18% Bourboulenc, 6% Roussanne and 6%
Picardin.
