Jacques Paumel whose ancestors have been winegrowers for several
generations took charge of the domain in 1962. He started bottling with his own mark in the 1980's.
The next generation brother and sister Richard
and Florence Paumel have been in charge for some years. In 2013 Florence's
son Paul Verite (born 1995) became responsible
for the compagny together with his grand father Jacques
Paumel. His oncle Richard Paumel is not
anymore working at the domain.
The domain covers 2 ha of Chateauneuf du Pape at the lieux-dits La
Crau, Les Bédines and Saintes Vierges and 5,5 ha of Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu and Cotes du Rhone.
