Since 1989 as the 5th generation Frédérc Chavin has run the domaine covering 15 ha with vines.
The vines has an average age of 60+ years. 3 ha are with century old vines.
A part of the production is sold in tank.

2018: 64% Grenache, 12% Syrah, 13% Mourvedre, 6% other varieties. Syrah and Mourvedre aged in barrels. The rest in foudres or concrete.

Chateauneuf du Pape Coralie et Floriane
2018: Equal shares of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. 80-130-years old vines. Syrah and Mourvedre aged in barrels. Grenace in Inox, foudres or barriques

Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc
2019: 40% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette, 20% Roussanne, 10% Bourboulenc, 5% Picpoul, 5% Picardan. 25% aged in new barriques for 6 months

Cotes du Rhone Traditionelle
2019: 80% Grenache, 20% Syrah from 0,57 ha.
