Today there are three branches of the Mousset family in Chateauneuf du Pape who can thank their common grandfather, Louis Mousset for their status as major landowners in Chateauneuf du Pape, and for two of the families concerned that their brands are closely linked the name of one of the most distinctive building complexes in the appellation, Chateau des Fines Roches.
The imaginative buildings at Chateau des Fines Roches was built in the late 1800s by Auguste Constantin. Around 1936 buildings with their 45 hectares was purchased by Louis Mousset that made the property the centre of his extensive negociant firm. He also owned a substantial number of hectares of Chateauneuf du Pape and properties in Cotes du Rhone area, Domaine de Tout Vent and Chateau Bois de la Garde. Louis Moussets possessions was inherited by his daughter Catherine and the two sons Jacques and Guy. The buildings at Chateau des Fines Roches are owned jointly by all descendants of Louis Mousset. The administration is done through a company where Cyril Mousset is Président du conseil d'administration.

In 2006, was inside the relativly emty building arranged a gourmet restaurant with 11 luxury rooms, Hostellerie Château des Fines Roches which is rented to a restaurateur. Since 2016 the chef is Nicolas Jay.
There is no wine cellar at any level in the buildings, but there are besides the restaurant a major wine shop where you can buy wines from the branch of the family descended from Jacques Mousset.  You may find wines from Vignobles Mousset-Barrot, who has the right to use the brand name Chateau des Fines Roches. The shop is run by Yann Mousset, sovereign deciding which wines to be sold on the spot.

2017: 100% Grenache. Aged for 6 month in foudres.

Domaine Tout Vent Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvée Reserve 
2017: 100% Grenache. Aged for 6 month in foudres.

Mas Grange Blanche Chateauneuf du Pape La Font de Bessounes
2015: 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre.
Aged in concret,  foudres or demi-muids for at least 12 months (Vinadea)

Domaine Tout Vent Cotes du Rhone Tradition
2017: 50% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 15% Cinsault, 15 % Mourvèdre, 5% Carignan.

Domaine Tout Vent Cotes du Rhone Reserve
2017: 50% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 15% Cinsault, 15 % Mourvèdre, 5% Carignan. Aged for 6 months in foudres.

Domaine Tout Vent Cotes du Rhone Rosé
2017: 60% Grenache og 40% Cinsault. Saignée

Mas Grange Blanche IGP de Mediterrainnée
2017: 50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault og 20% Syrah.



The mainbuilding at Chateau des Fines Roches does not contain wine cellars 
but a luxurioux restaurant/hotel and a wine shop
