In 1995 Nathalie and Patrick Fabre took over from Nathalie's father as 4th generation at the property. At that time some parts of the fields were grown with tomatoes and melons and the grapes from the vineyards were sold to the cooperative. 
The new generation decided to only grow vines and a cellar was build. The first vintage with own name was bottled in vintage 2000. Since then the cave has been further modernized. Since 2014 the son Romuald has worked  with his parents.
The property covers 3,5 ha of Chateauneuf du Pape, 2,9 ha of Cotes du Rhone Village, 8,8 ha of Cotes du Rhone and 1,7 ha og VDF.
The vines were planted between 1927 and 1999.
Since 2012 the vineyards have been certified agriculture biologique. In fact organic cultivation have been used at the property for many years. The word "Hamas" is the Provençal word for a place where nature is allowed to develop with minimal intervention and good conditions for biodiversity like par exampleop with minimal intervention and good conditions for biodiversity like par example Harmas de Fabre

2017: 70% Grenache, 30% Mourvedre. Matured in concrete.

Chateauneuf du Pape Réserve de Felicièn
2018: 100% Grenache from a parcel planted by Nathalies grand father Felicièn 1927.
Aged in used demi-muids.

Chateauneuf du Pape Caprice de Mathys
2017: 100% Mourvedre. Matured in concrete

Cotes du Rhone Village 
2019: 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Mourvedre.

Cotes du Rhone
2019: 70% Grenache 30% Syrah.

Cotes du Rhone Blanc Viognier-Grenache
2019: 75% Viognier, 25% Grenache Blanc.
