Domaine de Saint Paul covers 14,5 ha of Chateauneuf du Pape.
The to different domains became united when Christine Establet married
Pierre Elie Jeune in the 1960ties with vineyards from the two families. The
couple are still in vigeur:

Grenache in foudres or barrels - if rich in tanins

2017: 100% Grenache. More than 100 years old.

2017: 100% Grenache. In stealtank.
Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc
2019: 70% Grenache Blanc, 10% Roussanne, 10% Clairette, 10%
Bourboulenc. Roussanne and 10% of Grenache are vinified and aged in new
barriques
